Registration Information - International Delegates       For our international visitors, we are offering a single registration package that will encompass the 10 days of the IPSF congress (August 6th to August 16th 2007). However, any international transfer via PayPal or wire transfer will be charged with additional transaction fees. Please keep in mind that it is the reception committee who will be charged with this extra fee. There is no way for us or for you either to know in advance how much this extra fee will exactly be. On the day of your arrival in Taipei, we will charge you the extra fee till the amount you paid is balanced to your full participant fee. (Notice: whether you pay via wire transfer or paypal, there are currency exchange loss and bank transfer fee. Paypal also charges about 1.9% to 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction, so it will be a little bit more expensive if you pay with paypal.) 2) Please fill out the application form. 3) Once we've confirmed your payment, we will send a confirmation letter to your email. This means that you have completed the registration. However, if you haven't received the confirmation letter within 2 weeks, please write to info@ipsf2007.org. 4) In your confirmation letter, there is a link for the arrival form and invitation letter. Please send back the arrival form to info@ipsf2007.org by July 15th. 5) During the registration stage, if there is any difficulty or problems, please feel free to contact us at info@ipsf2007.org. Cancellation If you wish to cancel your completed registration, the cancellation is accepted before June 30th. Applicants must apply for cancellation before the deadline, and we will return 50% of the registration fee. Post Congress Tour Taiwan is an island abundant of scenic spots that are surely worthy of visiting. We have planned a 7 day post-congress tour for the delegates right after the congress held in Taipei. The following is some information that you might be interested about the tour. Post Congress Tour (PCT) Fee The registration fee for the PCT is 450 euros. It includes seven days and six nights' meals and accommodation. (For further detail please refer to the table below) However, the registration fee does not include the cost of water recreation activities in the morning of August 19th in Kenting. If you wish to have higher insurance, you may apply for more at your local agencies. Traveling Route PCT starts from Taipei at about 7:30a.m. on August 16th (PCT Day 1), and end on August 21st at Hsin-Chu (accommodation included). For those who plan to go back to your lovely home country on the last night from Hsin-Chu(August 21st), buses to Tao-Yuan International Airport (http://www.taoyuanairport.gov.tw/CKSeng/) can be arranged if you inform us in advance (additional payment). However if you wish to leave on the 22nd, our bus to Taipei will drop you off at the airport for free. For those who plan to continue your trip in Taiwan, our buses will head to Taipei on the next morning (August 22nd). Details of how to get to Tao-Yuan International Airport will be clearly described on the PCT booklet, which will be handed to you once you arrive at the congress. For those who wish to stay in Taipei after PCT, please feel free to ask us for advice on where to explore.
