takes 7 working days after the RC submits your landing visa application
in Taiwan, and the immigration office will inform the RC after 7days by
phone or e-mail with approval/disapproval of the landing visa
application.
ˇ@ˇ@Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan insists that they have no paper document,
no official letter to the applicant or the RC, since it belongs to its
interior procedure within the immigration office at the airport. However
they insist that there will be no problem for the approved landing visa
visitors to be permitted when entering Taiwan. ˇ@ˇ@After the RC receives approval/disapproval of landing visa applications from the office, we will inform you the results. If approved, though the office does not provide any paper documents officially, the RC will provide you the application documents weˇ¦ve used throughout the application.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reminds ˇ@1. The landing visa applicants must return to their home country as planned. ˇ@2. If you are planning to enter another country between your flight to Taiwan, please remember to apply for ˇ@their local visas as well.
ˇ@ˇ@To apply for landing visa, please fill out this form and attach a copy of front page and the page containing your photo, passport number & basic information of your passport. Also the passport should be valid for at least six months. Please send the documents to weichin0326@hotmail.com with the subject ˇ§Landing VISA applicationˇ¨.
Also please prepare the following things to hand in at the airport in Taiwan. ˇ@1. Two passport-size photos in color within 6 months (photo background should be white). ˇ@2. Visa fee NT$ 2000.
