1.      The fee of the guest rooms are covered in the registration fee, however services such as certain TV channels, beverages in the refridgerator, wireless internet in room...etc is not included. The hotel will check everyday for any extra uses, and the RC is not responsible for all the extra costs.

2.      Four delegates will share a 4-person room, with two twin beds in each guest rooms.

3.      During the congress, the RC does not provide computers, however we offer free internet access if you bring your notebook with you. The internet room will be on the 10 floor of the hotel, right next to the GA hall.

4.      A information desk will be on the 10th floor, if you have any questions during the congress, please approach the info desk for help.

<Guest Room>
The hotel’s rooms are elegantly designed and offer splendid views of the Taipei basin. Each of the eight floors with guestrooms represents a dynasty in Chinese history including the Shang and Chou, the Chin and Han, the Wei and Tsin, as well as the Tang, Sung, Ming and Ching dynasties. The rooms are decorated according to the styles of these periods with many traditional pieces of embroidery, creating a mixture of classical eastern esthetics and modern western-stylecoziness.

Each room has a spacious balcony, from which you can either take in the magnificent view of Taipei with thousand of lights sparkling at night or the verdant mountain scenery on the northern side.

There are several small shops in the hotel for you to find something special. The commodities you see are all in great Chinese style.

<GA---Auditorium on the 10th floor>
The hall has a capacity of 400 people and is built in a theater-style design. It has a large 250-inch video screen, and a video projector offering multi-functional conference facilities that meet the standards of international conferences.

Various Sizes of Meeting Rooms are available for conference and meeting. The soundproof rooms provide smooth meeting environments without disturbance. The large windows offer great views of the Taipei basin helping to ease the atmosphere of any meeting.


 

<Gala night---The Grand Ballroom>
The Grand Ballroom is located on the top floor of the hotel offering breathing panoramic views of Taipei and the surrounding mountains. It can accommodate up to 800 guests and is the ideal place to stage large-scale receptions, and international meetings.
