4 more months till the congress!! Woo-hoo!!
For those who haven't started applying for the Taiwan visa, please do it as soon as possible incase things don't go smoothly. If you encounter any difficulties in applying for the visa or ways of traveling to Taiwan, please do not hesitate to ask us.

For those who are intending to apply landing visa through the RC:

We would once again like to remind you that there is a certain risk if you apply the landing visa. After you have applied for the landing visa through us, we will confirm with you whether the application is complete, however the immigration agency of Taiwan will not send out any certification to the applicant after you have successfully received the landing visa, meaning that there will be no paper document for you to take along during your travel. When you are checking in, please ask the airline company to confirm with the destination (Taiwan) that you have an approved landing visa before departing. For those who will be transferring in other countries, please ask the airline to contact the transferring country.

Once again, the landing visa is not a recommended way to get the Taiwanese visa. If possible please travel to countries with Taiwan Embassy and pick up the visa. The landing visa should be the last in your consideration. The reception committee would like to apologize for all the inconvenience.

Hello, everyone! I'm You-Li, Ling, serving as the logistic coordinator of the reception committee, and I'm in my second year at pharmacy school of Taipei Medical University.
For the past few months I've been dealing with arrangements mostly of accommodation and transportation. We did surveys and compared the price, the service of hotels and restaurants, and evaluated whether they fit the needs for the congress. Fortunately we have several hardworking members in our team that ensured the smoothness of the process.
It's my pleasure to work in this team and hope that everyone will enjoy the congress 2007 in Taiwan! I look forward to meeting you in Taiwan!
